RAY Power Sport GA warrants to the original purchaser that, for the product and period stated in the applicable warranty table, the product is free from manufacturing defects (including defects in materials and workmanship and excluding normal wear and tear) under normal use and service. This warranty becomes null and void if damage is caused by: (i) misuse, abuse, or accident; (ii) attachment of any unauthorized accessory; (iii) alteration of the product; (iv) improper installation, including but not limited to the use of improper tools; (v) exposure to harsh weather, road debris, road hazards, and/or chemicals; (vi) lack of proper maintenance; or (vii) unauthorized repairs. This warranty also becomes null and void if the product is opened or if any sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing, or if the damage is caused by any condition beyond the control of RAY Power Sport GA.

IN ALL CASES, RAY POWER SPORT GA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED.

BALL JOINTS

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper use, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, improper assembly, racing, or commercial use. In no event shall RAY Power Sport GA be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from breach of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover wear items such as gaskets, seals, boots, bearings, bushings, and rotors.

DIFFERENTIALS

When filling the gear case, use only approved gear lubricant. Failure to properly fill and maintain lubricant levels will void this warranty.

RAY Power Sport GA extends a limited 18-month warranty to the original purchaser only. This warranty covers the product and its parts, excluding bearings, seals, and gaskets. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in material and/or workmanship existing at the time of shipment from the factory.

In no event shall RAY Power Sport GA have liability for consequential damages resulting from breach of this warranty. This warranty will be void on products showing evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from original design.

Depending on inspection results, customers may be required to pay a replacement fee for damaged components. Replacement pricing may vary depending on the parts requiring replacement.

If the product falls outside warranty coverage or inspection reveals evidence of misuse, improper installation, neglect, abuse, or modification from original design, the customer will be notified and repairs may be performed for a $250 service fee.

TRANSMISSIONS

This warranty is limited to defects in material and/or workmanship at the time of shipment from the factory. RAY Power Sport GA shall not be liable for consequential damages resulting from breach of this warranty.

Warranty coverage becomes void if products show evidence of improper installation, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, negligence, misapplication, or alteration from original design.

Depending on inspection results, replacement fees may apply for broken parts. Pricing will vary depending on the required replacement components.

For products outside warranty coverage or showing evidence of misuse or improper installation, customers will be notified and repairs may be available for a $250 service fee.

GDP PORTAL GEAR LIFTS

When filling the gearbox, use only 80W-90 gear oil. Using grease may cause gear and bearing failure and will void the warranty.

RAY Power Sport GA takes pride in keeping your GDP Portal Gear Lift operating properly. Lifetime portal protection is available to the original purchaser subject to warranty conditions.

This warranty covers the product and its parts, excluding bearings, rotors, seals, and gaskets. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials and/or workmanship existing at the time of shipment.

This warranty becomes void for products showing evidence of improper installation, abuse, lack of maintenance, negligence, misuse, or modification from original design.

Upon receiving warranty parts, our technicians will inspect them to determine whether the issue resulted from manufacturing defects or installation/rider error. Inspection generally takes 1–2 business days after package arrival.

Depending on inspection findings, replacement fees may apply. Pricing may vary depending on damaged components requiring replacement.

Customers with products outside warranty coverage or products showing misuse, improper installation, neglect, or modification will be notified and repairs may be available for a $250 service fee.

Replacement bearings, seals, and gaskets may be purchased directly from RAY Power Sport GA.

TURN SIGNAL KITS

This warranty does not apply to product damage caused by:

• Improper installation
• Unauthorized modifications
• Crash damage
• Impact or abuse
• Water entering electrical components

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Procedure

For all RAY Power Sport GA product categories, and as the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, RAY Power Sport GA will replace qualifying products that do not comply with the warranty terms, subject to inspection and approval.

Please note the following warranty conditions:

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Items must be returned for inspection within 30 days of warranty claim submission unless an extension is approved.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and tracking information.
• Customers should retain tracking details until contacted by a RAY Power Sport GA representative.

Replacement Fees

Rhino Axles (excluding boots)

If the axle fails within 60 days of purchase, RAY Power Sport GA will provide a replacement axle free of charge. If failure occurs after 60 days but within the first year, the purchaser must pay a flat $50 replacement fee.

Rhino 2.0 Axles (excluding boots)

If failure occurs within 60 days of purchase, a replacement axle will be shipped free of charge. Failures occurring after 60 days but within 18 months require a flat $50 replacement fee.

Phoenix / X300 Axles (excluding boots)

These axles are warrantied to the original purchaser for 3 years from purchase date. If failure occurs within the warranty period, RAY Power Sport GA will provide replacement axles for a flat $100 fee.

The axle may be replaced multiple times during the original warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage caused by lack of maintenance, including operation with damaged boots or insufficient grease.

Prop Shafts

If the prop shaft fails within 60 days of purchase, RAY Power Sport GA will provide a replacement free of charge. Failures after 60 days but within the warranty period require a flat $75 replacement fee.

Proof of purchase and proof of breakage are required for all warranty claims.

Notices

Federal and state laws may provide additional warranty rights for certain products. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.

In some cases, warranty coverage may be provided directly through the original manufacturer according to their individual warranty policies and procedures.
